Privacy Policy

Effective 17 June 2026 · Applies to Clink & Think 1.0+ (iPhone & iPad) · Developer: Pascal Peltriaux

Clink & Think does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information — from anyone, including children. No accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking. The game works fully offline.

What we collect

Nothing. The app never asks for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or any other personal data, and it contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Information stored on your device

The game saves progress locally — cleared levels, stars and stickers, unlocked marble themes, and settings (sound, music, voice language). This never leaves your device except through Apple's iCloud (below). It is removed if you delete the app or use the in-app Reset progress option.

iCloud sync

If you are signed in to iCloud, your game progress and settings sync across your own Apple devices using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage, stored in your private iCloud account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer has no access to it. You can disable it in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud, and clear synced data with Reset progress.

Purchases

The app is free, with one optional one-time Full Unlock purchase. All purchases are handled by Apple — the developer never receives or sees payment information. Purchases and related Settings sit behind a parental gate so a child cannot buy anything without an adult.

Speech

Some modes speak words aloud using Apple's on-device speech synthesis. No audio is recorded, and the microphone is never used.

Children's privacy

Clink & Think is made for the App Store Kids Category (ages ~4–6). Because it collects no personal information at all, it does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK) and complies with COPPA and GDPR-K by design.

Third parties

The app uses no third-party SDKs, ad networks, or analytics. The only external service involved is Apple itself (iCloud and the App Store).

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
