If it is about a specific run, the export button on that run's screen produces a text summary you can paste into the message. Have a look at what it contains before you send it — it names your network.
Usually not. Many routers rate-limit the ICMP replies they send about themselves while forwarding everything else perfectly. Pulse tells that apart from real loss and labels it, so a hop that only declines to answer for itself is not reported as a fault.
A hop that never answers has been configured not to. The path still works through it; it simply will not identify itself.
Two devices are answering ARP for the same address. That is worth investigating: a static address handed out twice, or a device that kept an address after the lease moved.
That is exactly the case it exists for. Safari and Chrome fetch a missing
intermediate certificate themselves and cache it, so the site looks fine to
you and fails for curl, Java, Python and anything else that does
not. The server should be sending its intermediates.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings, your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal and Pro stays active until the period you paid for ends.
Open Pulse Pro from Settings inside the app and choose Restore. It uses the Apple Account signed in on the device.
Only if you ask for an AI diagnosis, and the app tells you exactly what that sends before the first one. The privacy page lists it in full.
