Lead APJ Systems Administration (commercial & SPP-AU) as part of a global management team running 24×7 Follow-the-Sun operations. Own the team responsible for data-centre infrastructure and the microservice clusters integrated with the ServiceNow Platform (Big Data, Machine Learning, Security Key Management, Image Processing and queueing systems), along with people, reliability and a growing automation roadmap.
- Automation & tooling: drove development of SnowCommander, a centralised framework that consolidates SA actions and replaces manual toil, built to ServiceNow SDLC and mapped to OKRs; continually refine SOPs, runbooks and event-monitoring to lift team efficiency.
- Agentic AI: sponsoring patching-reschedule automation and a VIT-deferral automation that cut one of the team's top escalation sources and weekend on-call load.
- Major upgrades, run end-to-end: Puppet Enterprise, IDR & Hermes cluster + SSL, worldwide wildcard-certificate renewals (load balancer, F5), time-zone data rollouts, with workload spread across regions.
- Migrations: led the SPP-SG migration with CMS, owning planning, scheduling and cross-team coordination end-to-end.
- Escalation & resolution: act as escalation point for the team, forming sustainable resolutions that meet SLAs and feeding edge cases and fixes back into knowledge articles and SOPs.
- People: career development, project prioritisation and performance reviews; weekly 1:1s with every engineer, hiring end-to-end, structured coaching and PIP ownership, plus a weekly APJ team meeting and brown-bag program.

Owned reliability, scalability and performance of the ServiceNow platform across the full stack, from application to hardware.
- Built an operations bot bridging ServiceNow with chat (Teams/Slack), reducing MTTR; adopted by CS, SWAT and MIM across regions.
- Introduced a project methodology that piloted what became CIM, SRE's main tracking tool.
- Designed a 3-stage SRE training program; led the GCO Slack → Microsoft Teams migration and presented the design to VP.
- Reduced patching-related incidents through cross-team process change; mentored across systems and development.
